We aim in worship to grow closer to God through teaching (of the word) prayer, praise and fellowship.  We aim to provide a firm foundation in the word of God throughout our church.   We aim to be a prayer centred church.  We aim to make Jesus known by breaking down barriers and reaching out to our School and   Community We aim to foster a sense of love, encouragement and friendship within our church.   We aim to promote fairness and justice through thought, word and deed. in order to achieve this in the next 15 months  we will: -- hold regular all age worship. --audit the skills of the church. --encourage a greater a greater blend of musical styles --hold small groups on a regular and short term basis. --thoroughly review and develop our ministry to children and young people. --create a dedicated prayer area within the church building. --create and develop a prayer chain -- email a weekly list of prayer pointers publish also on web site. - put a prayer box outside church to gather prayer requests from the community. --publicise the availability of the Stewards for prayer and ministry --build on links with the School through encouraging participation in church and church member’s participation in School. --develop the role of the church newsletter  as a effective evangelistic tool. --develop the church web site as an evangelistic tool. --seek ways to reach out to all men in our community. -- offer training, development and support to our Pastoral visitors. --continue to provide a time of fellowship after morning worship and to encourage people to share in this. --showcase the work of the Junior Church in All Age Worship. --continue to raise awareness of Fairtrade and increase the use of Fairtrade products in the church and congregation. --respond to specific local needs --continue to support the Kanlungan Children’s centre.   Aims click to down load document
